Thank you very much for your kind words. However, an airconditioner works only if you have all windows closed. If you have them open, the cold air comes out of the house. I'm telling you all that, because a tecnician does a maintance every three months, the last one was made two weeks before you came and no guest had any problem at all before and after your arrival.
