Staff was very friendly. She changed my room to first floor so i didnt have to walk up stairs. The hotel was very nice and clean.

The reason i went was for the pool that they have "closed flr the season" its summer this is the season for the pool.
I didnt feel safe in the room with the drug addicts that were yelling and fighting in the building.
The rooms were dirty with signs posted asking the guests to clean it themselves.
I wont stay here again. Go to Springfield or Joplin and pay a little more for the confort of bwing safe and leaving your belongings in the room.

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe manager of this place was awful thank god she only checked us in and left. This manager discriminates against service dogs. Told me because i had one i needed to be up stairs where the subpar linens are at. No elevater in hotel and we have mobility issues. I told her that doesnt work and we have to have a room on the ground floor. I have stayed at this hotel before on the ground floor with my service dog had put it on my reservation and called last Friday to confirm and was told all was good. She told me we needed subpar linens because people have allergies. I cam back with i have allergies to perfumes and that doesnt mean people with perfume get subpar linens. She blew that comment off put me on the 1st floor left the hotel running the red light on her way out. The afternoon person and night person were very apologetic and very helpful. I grew up with my dad running a hotel this manager is going to get super 8 sued for ada violations. No one else on our team requested a room on the bottom they were all put in on didnt have to fight for it, I requested one due to disabilities and was made to fight for it. This hotel is the best the town has but the wrost i stay in. Ps pool was broken they cant afford to fix it. Breakfast is not worth it went to McDonald's the 2nd morning of our stay. Only good part was afternoon and night desk clerks.

If this property had any competition, it would have to lower its prices very significantly! It is way overpriced for the quality and size of the market here. The amenities are quite minimal. The breakfast is almost laughable for a Wyndham property. The air conditioning system is window units that seem to avoid reducing the humidity in the rooms acceptably.

Pool was out of service indefinitely, no elevator at this property. No opportunity given to relocate or refund once it was learned that these ADVERTISED amenities were actually not available
