Great location, and amenities. My one bit of feedback is that the hot water in our shower didnt work, we tried again in the morning and still cold. It was a full hotel this weekend, so its possible the overwhelming water use could have been a factor.

The included breakfast is gross. The eggs were terrible and not changed out. Hash browns were terrible as well. Heated with steam? Really? One elevator was down. The week I stayed there there was no one there even to look at a repair job. They put more effort into a sign saying it was out of service. This is just ownership being cheap. You know who YOU are. Overpriced for what you get. I asked them not to clean my room as I like privacy. , they came in and did it anyways. Poorly. Lastly they made a big deal out of me asking for a one hour later check out. Don’t worry. I won’t be back.

The shower tap was installed wrong. You had to turn it to cold, to get hot water. Called F/D and they sent someone right up and verified it was setup wrong.
