Was great except when booking I called to confirm the booking and was told that we could check in at 11, and then when we was already almost there I got a call from there by someone different then whom told me I could check in at 11 saying we couldn’t check in until 2 there was no way the room would be ready at earlier than that. So staff need to communicate better

Thank you for completing your post-stay survey. We had an unexpected amount of guests this weekend. At booking, it was determinable that you could check in at 11:00 a.m.; however the turn of events rendered a different result. I sincerely apologize for that. The correct response would have been..."if the room is available, you may check-in. However it turns on when the housekeepers get to clean the room if occupied prior to your arrival."Thank you for letting me know. I will alert my front desk and we should not guarantee ANY check-ins prior to 2:00 PM

The bed was quite comfortable and the bed scarves a good idea. The jacuzzi was fun. But the area around the jacuzzi was badly lit; in fact the whole suite was shadowy no matter how many lights we turned on. The continental breakfast was sub-par. The scrambled eggs were dry and there was no butter for toast. Half your blue outside lights flickered. And please, put in some USB ports. It's the 21st Century.

Thank yo for completing your post-stay review. It is our goal to please our guests. We will look into the lighting in the jacuzzi room.As for the USB ports...the rooms that don't have them, need new ones and they are enroute. Thank you for bringing that to our attention.

We do have king suites with a pull-out sofa bed, which are all located on our second floor. I will check on the coffee situation, but invite you to consider staying with us in the distant future.

The appearance in general was nice. The lady that checked us in was great! The commode handle would hang, though, when flushed. The bed squeaked when you sat on it, which was annoying to sleep on. Plus, the breakfast wasn't very good at all. Hardly anything to choose from.
