Other than the A/C not properly working everything else was good. It was just a little too hot, caused an issue resting comfortably and the bed was too hard

Loved to is hotel. Only thing was there was a stain on the carpet in our room BUT the rooms were very much clean. Everyone from check in to check out was friendly. Area around the hotel felt safe, everything was conveniently located near the hotel. Will be staying again!!

Great staff but you need more than a good staff to make the hotel good. All furniture, refrigerator, curtain, and carpet must be changed. Bed and pillow covers must be thrown out. Breakfast is Ok because of hard working staff but many items were missing because they were not delivered. Area is East Monroe. A few homeless entered the hotel and helped themselves with breakfasts. There was no security in hotel in the evening or morning. Yhis hotel at best is 4.0/10 as of August 2025. Sorry!

The hotel was good! The baby loved the pool - the staff was wonderful and attentive. The rooms were okay other than a few minor things missing or broken. The room could have been cleaned a little better, but it was cleaned! Overall the hotel was great! Would return to stay.

Room smelled heavily of smoke, there was a huge roach in the room. Staff did get us another room, however this one reeked of weed. It seemed more like an hourly rental motel. Definitely not worth the money. Girl at the front desk was working very hard to accommodate everyone, seemed others were having issues as well, but she was great!
