Other than the A/C not properly working everything else was good. It was just a little too hot, caused an issue resting comfortably and the bed was too hard

Could have been cleaner. Elevator, hallways, dining area needed vacuuming badly.

The bed not as soft as most comfort inns. The shower pressure weak and tub clogged and little spot of mold. Tv was cracked through screen. Check took forever

Bug Infestation!!!!

There were bugs in my room and I have extreme anxiety and could not sleep. I saw a bug in my bed the first night but I ignored it and just brished it off. All week I was itching on and off but don't see anything. The last night we saw some sort of bug infestation on the headboard and it creeped me out so bad. They moved my room but I could not sleep because my anxiety was on 10. I really think we should be reimbursed because I am afraid I have brought bed bugs back to my home and I may end up having to destroy my personal property which is Brahmin and other named brand items. Someone should contact me asap to resolve this!
