The staff were very helpful. They fixed a problem with the treadmill & the bathroom light asap. The room was excellent for accommodating my husband who has cardiac issues. It had a couch where he could relax & was on the first floor.

Yes I had been checked in since Friday and my room key was working just fine but I return to hotel on Sunday evening the lady Erica at the front desk said she needed to scan my room key I wasn’t sure as to what she was saying but I let her scan my key,I get to my room and now my key would not work so I go back to front desk to let Erica know that the key is not working,I sat in the lobby for two hours waiting for Erica to get me in my room,after two hours she opened my door but I still had no key to my room this episode was very frustrating for me I don’t know what happened but I should be done

We came in late for the night staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Enjoyed our stay.
