I usually really enjoy my stay here. But my room was dirty very dirty empty condom wrappers and the smell was not clean the smell was very bad in the room even though it’s a smoking it smelled very nasty and like pee and mildew

Disappointed Traveler
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAbsolutely horrible place to stay. Not sure why it’s still open because it’s in need of renovation and it’s not updated. Floor in bathroom was dirty. Insects in the room. Bed skirts were dirty and had stains on them. The noise level was high because the individual above me played loud music until 2AM. Lights had rust on them. Clothes hangers had to be washed down before we could use them. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemies.

My visit at this location was very good. Staff was nice and the room was clean, comfy, and everything worked. My only nit-pick is that the parking lot is in need of repair and the surrounding area looks like there's some type of construction going on, which I understand isn't the fault of the hotel/motel. So, overall my vist was excellent and I have a high likelihood of staying again.

The hotel manager was rude and the food was cold and not well prepared.

We arrived to hotel to check in and room had been cancelled with no notification. Card on file did not process due to an issue with the bank and traveling out of state. The hotel attendant tried to find another room but said that they had already booked the room to other guests. 10/10 would not recommend.

We booked a non-smoking room and they switched us to a smoking room at check in. Guy said we would have to stay in that or go home. Do not stay here
