Staff was amazingly helpful and kind. The rooms were fantastic, the 2 bedroom suite was big an an apartment! The buffet breakfast was also very good, I will be staying here every time I come to Monroe.

Staff was very nice and helpful - and we really enjoyed our stay - the room was spacious and clean and I actually got a few workouts in during my stay. If I return to Monroe area, will definitely stay here again.

We chose this property for it's location and the fact that it had a partial kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Everything was good except the check in process which was exasperating.
Our key would not unlock our room. After multiple trips to the 4th floor and back. The staff finally determined that the battery in the lock had died. Thankfully, the maintenance man walked into the lobby at that point and repaired it. However it still took one more trip up and back before the key worked. Everything was good after that.
