This was a motel. The property had a moldy smell to it. The ice machine on the level that I was on didn’t work. The room had spider webs around the air conditioning in the room. The toilet inside of the room was not properly mounted on the floor and moved when it was used. Very bad motel.

I evacuated Louisiana because of hurricane Francine, with my elderly mom and small dog. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the free, full breakfast every morning. The room was clean, large, and the AC worked well. I particularly appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. Our evacuation /stay away from home was quite pleasant. Thanks.

I had a great stay at the Best Western Inn in Monroeville from September 6th to 8th, 2024. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering excellent service throughout the weekend. The location was convenient, and the amenities, including free WiFi and a delicious breakfast, made the stay even better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend the Best Western Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Monroeville. I'll definitely be returning!

The manager was very nice and helpful. I liked having a fridge and microwave. It was quiet and the room was large with plenty of outlets for devices to charge.
