Mont-Blanc Ski In/Out Condo w/ Pool Beach Access

Located directly on the Mont-Blanc resort and only 10 minutes from the Tremblant resort, this condo is perfectly placed to enjoy a getaway to the Laurentiens.

This open concept, fully equipped condo is about its location. In the winter it is perfectly situated to ski in/out of the Mont Blanc resort and in the summer you can enjoy the balcony with BBQ and be steps away from the outdoor pool, hot tub and sandy beach.

Pool pavillon and beach opens around mid June to September 10.

Bedroom 1 : 1 queen bed / Bedroom 2 : 1 queen bed / Common area : 1 sofa bed / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

A 15 minute drive will bring you into the heart of the famous and colorful Tremblant resort pedestrian village where you will find tons of shops, restaurants, activities and of course, the number one ski and golf resort in Eastern North America.

From this complex, the best way to get around is by car. Good winter tires are recommended for the winter & spring seasons.

1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

Plaisir d´Été. Si vous cherchez un endroit en pleine nature, tranquille, calme et dépaysant. Ce site est pour vous. Seul bémol, le bain tourbillon a lâché dès le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Great location and price, but...
The property is well located and well priced. The view was beautiful. The property had all the equipment that we needed and the pool was lovely. Some feedback / room for improvement: - I have pictures of the bathroom floor to show that more cleaning is needed. - the air conditioner did not work well enough to cool the bedrooms. Fans for each bedroom would be beneficial/ceiling fan in primary bedroom. Also, we were unaware that another bed had been added on top of the secondary bed. My son hit his head frequently. - unbeknown to us, there was construction right in front of the property. They began at 7am sharp. Sleeping in on our vacation was not an option... - I informed the owner that the ceiling light in the living room did not function and that there was a broken lightbulb in one of the night lamps. He emailed to say that he would replace them, but did not. We figured other lighting but hopefully both will get fixed soon.

Nice place and good location but need better cleaning
It was a nice place and good location but need better cleaning. It wasn’t horrible just the floors were very dirty. The Ac was off when we came in so it was hot and it was only one wall unit for the entire place (which is enough but not when it is turned off). The tv didn’t work and before the trip I emailed them about towels and they never responded. All that said I would stay there again.

The unit is nice and well appointed. The listing is accurate. But don't expect any timely responses for help or enquires while there (especially after hours). On the first day after check in, while preparing for the swimming pool, I was locked in the bedroom b/c the door handle (which wasn't locked) didn't turn the latch. Thus the door wouldn't open. I emailed, sent a message through VRBO and texted back to the ph. number that texted me re: check in details at 8pm ish. I didn't hear back for more than an hour. It took calling VRBO for 30 mins to try to get a hold of someone at Suite Spot. The answer to my VRBO message re: being locked in... "Hi Customer service answers untill 8PM." We ran out of garbage bags for our stay of 5 nights. I asked if we could get one more... "Hello Cal, A starter kit is supplied, usually good for 1 to 2 days." We were staying for 5 nights. Otherwise the place is fine, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. But don't expect any help while you're there.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful stay in Mont Tremblant. Lovely little apartment with full kitchen, pull-out couch and comfortable beds. Loved the beach access, pool and hot tub. The only drawback was the multiple stairs to get up to the unit, and then additional stairs as soon as you enter the unit. Would stay in the complex again, but on lower level 🙂

Special place for us!
My family and I spent a few nights over March Break at Mont Blanc this year and we’re so pleased to have chosen this property. The Suite Spot team provided exceptional customer service leading up to our stay and were responsive to any questions we had. The property itself was great for a family of four and the location with the ski-in/ski-out can’t be beat. We will be back!

A great condo in a lovely quiet location
This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for my friend and I to use while on retreat. We took daily walks around the little lake and the autumn leaves were at their finest. It was beyond beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds/bed linen are hotel quality. Enjoyed our stay very much.
