Mauvaises informations par rapport à la photo

Il s'avère que pour atteindre non pas un chalet mais un condo dans un immeuble allure chalet vous allez devoir monter 77 marches avec une 10 de paliers bien loin d'être en conformité et l'appartement afin atteint vous découvrirez une terrasse face à la falaise donc un appartement très très sombre. À déconseiller fortement avec des valises ou des courses. Tout cela ne vous donne pas envie de sortir souvent et de plus à ce prix nous avons ressentie une grande impression de nous être fait avoir. Les amis qui devaient nous y rejoindre ne sont pas restés trop haut trop triste. Inadmissible d'avoir de si mauvaises informations. Je décommande même si pour l'appart c'était assez bien.

Publié le 17 août 2020 sur HomeAwayFirst the owner announces this property as a cottage. It’s not a cottage. It’s a two bedroom apartment with a yard.
She does not mention that there are 100 steps to reach the apartment and with kids that is difficult to go up and down 100 steps
This property is not safe for kids and the furniture is old. My wife had an accident at the hammock where she had to go to the hospital with a broken nose because the bar of the hammock hit her nose. There are no bars around the deck to protect the kids and there is a hole in the deck that you constantly need to watch out for
I do not recommend this property!

First, I am so sorry for the incident, this is the reason I have repeatedly insisted that you go to the hospital because it is the only way to have the condition of the injury and also it is necessary for insurance invoices;
Second, I understand you are very frustrated because the screw's support that was broken in the sitting hammock hitting your wife's nose ;
Third, according to the texts sent and our verbal communications from your visit to the hospital, your wife's nose was swollen. Not broken;
Third ,there are 84 steps to reach the cottage because it is located in the mountain and it is mentioned in the reviews and the photos in VRBO Web;
Fourth, There are 2 decks : one has a roof with access direct to the mountain as it is shown in the VRBO web site and the other one doesn’t have a roof and no bars around the deck;
Finally, You would want I pay back the renting but, without wanting to leave at the moment you have had the incident( half of the week).

Cozy mountainside

It faces into the mountain providing a cozy right-in-nature feel. We had deer watch us eat breakfast and a resident told, Gilbert. Close to everything in Tremblant but still feels secluded.

Great cottage condo!

Some neighbors may occupy your parking spot occasionally without asking (Canadian way?), so be prepared to walk those 81 steps a few extra times to get them to move their cars out of your parking spots. In an ice storm staircase becomes extremely hazardous. Do watch out and hug those railings tight. Great owner. Provided expert advice on grocery store locations. Will stay again.

So sorry about the issue with the parking place; It is the first time I have complaint about that.I spoke with other owners to advise their clients and I will be considering towing service specially in the winter season.
For the weather specific ice storm we put salt and sand but of course you should be carefully it is part of the winter season.

Very nice interior and we'll equipped.
Great location on hillside.
Long staircase to get up to the rental unit was a bit strenuous, not recommended for guests with mobility or cardiac issues. But we still made it and had a good workout.

Wonderful fall weekend

It is a condo and not on the water... the photos of the interior were accurate... but not those the exterior (no waterfront view as we thought based on photos). That said... still beautiful and a great deal. I would visit again and do recommend this property. Oh...and the owner is great. Communication with her was 100% ... making our stay that much better.

Cozy stay

It is part of a condo community at the far back of the property facing the hill behind the unit. There are 81 steps to get to the top. Glad we were all healthy and strong. Not for the older or frail! Unit didn’t have paper towels and did not have any bath soap or shampoo which I have never experienced in an Air B&B. We showered with liquid hand soap the first night and bought body soap and paper towels at the local grocery store the next day.
Love the area and accessibility to local shops and restaurants.

Lovely seclusion at the top of the stairs

There are 81 steps from the parking area to the front door, so multiple trips up when I arrived was a bit annoying, but not a factor after first night. Well appointed, roomy, and quiet seclusion as you feel above any neighbors. Would rent again, it was very nice
