Publié le 10 mai 2023 sur HotelsThis is a private host. I did not know what it is. When I arrive by car, there was no sign to conform that I am at a hotel. There was no frontdesk. Manager of the building should have been customer friendly. Some guests do not know what private host is. I was scared. After leaving there, the owner asked me to pay for the room. But I understood that I paid already thorugh Hotels.com. There were difficulties a lot to check the truth. Only one was that the view through windows was not bad.

For the payment the was a wrong understand with the website but we solved in 5 minutes. We always try to help and support our guest. The family & local restaurant are the best food & service! See Nicola for great menu suggestions from in house best family chefs abound. Truly the best dinner on our Italy trip! Book ahead not miss this location.
