Avis Waterfront beach house with breathtaking views, multiple outdoor areas, gas...

Our sibling reunion selected this house for our gathering. We enjoyed being so close to the water, the deck with panoramic views, falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and the overall privacy of the location. The beds were very comfortable and the owners left us a sweet note & bottle of wine. There house has a lot of varied art and numerous decorative items, so if you're a minimalist, you might want to explore further. The furniture (both indoor and out) is a bit worn down (some cracked/stained), which was not evident in the listing photos. That said, we were so happy to be together and the location so enjoyable that we looked past all this. A wonderful retreat and getaway.

True Montauk property...location & spectacular view, nestled away from everything but close enough proximity to everything!! Looking forward to our return already....
