Very nice village house in the ramparts of Montblanc.

Very nice house in the fortified village of Montblanc in Catalonia. On the ground floor a garage can accommodate a car and possibly bikes, trailer, etc. A bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bathtub. There is also a convenient laundry area with washing machine and laundry. On the first floor a kitchen, a living room and a small living room. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. There is also a toilet and washbasin. Finally on the last floor a room with a bed in 140 and a small terrace which gives you an impregnable view on the ramparts and towers of Montblanc.
The house is located 200 meters from the main square where you will be pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place. several cafes and restaurants around the square will allow you to taste the specialties of the region. On the tourist side you will discover Montblanc with its history and pleasant alleys. You are 30 minutes from the beaches of Salou, Cambrils for lounging on the sand and 30 minutes from the park Port Aventura. At 10 km this monastery of Poblet classified UNESCO.

Pleasant two month stay in Montblanc

My wife and I spent two full months in Montblanc at Jean-Jacques village house in January and February of 2024 and we were very happy and comfortable staying here. It was a great central location for day trips to Peniscola, Morella, Montserrat, Terragona and Barcelona; all of which we went to multiple times during our stay. Montblanc itself was a charming, very lively medieval town with dozens of small shops that were open even in the slow season. We had a second couple join us for a week and the way this house is set up it was perfect to let them have the entire top floor so they could have their own bedroom, full bathroom and the roof top terrace to themselves. Having the garage to park the car in made getting groceries or going out for the day quick and convenient; a lot of places in this town would have to use the free parking lot outside the walls and walk in all the time. Montblanc has three supermarkets, several bakeries, butcher shops and vegetable markets and a farmer's market every Friday; fresh locally produced food was always available, even in the winter months. The wi-fi worked flawlessly the entire time we were there. We very much enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to other travelers. Ed & Kelly Fick, Ontario Canada

Super vacances dans cette jolie maison

Nous avons passer de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison au cœur de Montblanc que nous connaissons déjà avec de nombreux changements et aménagements comme le double vitrage des fenêtres et une magnifique salle de bain dans la suite parentale un grand merci à Jean-Jacques pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, la maison était très propre il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer de bonnes soirées un wifi qui fonctionne très bien vraiment de bonne vacances malgré la petite malchance que nous avons à la plage encore merci nous reviendrons.

Découverte de cette belle région entre montagne de Prades et mer Méditerranée. Ville de Montblanc très belle avec ses remparts et son intérieur très joli avec ses rues presque uniquement dédiées aux piétons. Que c'est agréable !!!

Très bonne vacances

De très bonne vacances dans cette maison très bien située avec un propriétaire adorable qui prend bien soin des locataires toujours près a rendre service joignable si besoin. Maison fonctionnel avec internet télévision une très belle petite terrasse au dernière étage qui donne sur une vu de Montblanc très agréable avec le soir une petite brise rafraîchissante idéal pour manger a la plancha et l apéro nous ne regrettons pas d avoir louer cette maison avec de très bon restaurants a 300 mètres de la maison la place centrale du village avec ses bars très sympa et tout les commerces de nécessité autour vraiment agréable et encore un grand merci au propriétaire Jean Jacques .

Sehr schöne Lage in der engen, mauerumschlossenen Altstadt von Montblanc, authentischer Einblick in die Lebenswelt in Altstadthäusern Kataloniens. Bad befindet sich in der Einfahrt bzw. Garage, in den drei Stockwerken darüber je ein Wohn- bzw. Schlafraum für bis zu vier Personen, erreichbar jeweils durch enge Treppengänge. Dachterasse für Sommernutzung. Sehr sauber und netter Empfang mit Wein, Sekt, Süßwaren.

La casa aunque es un poco antigua, no le faltaba nada y era acogedora. Muy bien Situada. El único contra que le pondría es que le falta algún utensilio de cocina como espumadera o alguna olla más grande por lo demás todo fenomenal.

Maison traditionnelle a l'intérieur des remparts confortable et bien équipée La chambre donnant sur la terrasse et les toits de Montblanc est vraiment un plus La place principale a proximité est toujours très animée ainsi que ses rues commerçantes avoisinantes La situation est idéale pour envisager la découverte de Reus, Tarragonne, la Costa Daurada, le parc naturel de la serra Montsant avec l'environnement somptueux de l'ermitage de San Salvador Et beaucoup plus certainement si le cœur vous en dit Anne et Philippe

Spijtig dat enkele elektrische basistoestellen niet functioneerden.

Ligging en properheid van het vakantieverblijf : perfect ! 👍 Wij vonden de woning echter te klein voor 6 personen en betreurden het feit dat zelfs de waterkoker en het koffietoestel (Senseo) niet functioneerden. We hebben dat ook geen verder gebruik gemaakt van de (beperkte) keuken. Grote mensen (> 180 cm) zullen zich ergeren aan de beperkte hoogtes. Een toilet en lavabo in de trappenhal is niet echt aangenaam te noemen. Wel zeer correcte, snelle en vriendelijke correspondentie met verhuurder !

Superbes vacances en famille

Maison idéalement située dans le magnifique village de Montblanc. Grande terrasse pour prendre l'apéro ou déguster des tapas. Attention, plafond un peu bas si vous faite plus d'un mètre quatre vingt ;-) Le monastère de Poblet est à seulement 10 mn, Tarragone à 35 mn et la crique de Tamarrit à 45 mn. Pleasant and serviceable

The owner was very approachable and quick to reply to any inquiries or doubts that we had. The house is old, however clean and serviceable with a beautiful balcony that traps the sun for a good part of the day. The location is highly desirable in the centre of Montblanc, and there are plenty of places to go climbing near by, should you want to go climbing. I gave this stay 3 stars because we had problems with heating in the house and found it to be quite, quite cold. Also, for five people there was not enough hot water for us all to take a shower one after the other.

Maison de village idéalement située près des commerces, dans un tranquille village médiéval où il fait bon se promener dans les ruelles. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, le linge de maison, le matériel fourni, la facilité de parking aux alentours des remparts. Le propriétaire est de bons conseils. Petits bémols pour la literie, la luminosité et le difficile accès au garage avec un monospace. Nous garderons de bons souvenirs de notre séjour catalan, de Montblanc, et de la belle Tarragone, lumineuse sous les rayons de soleil de Toussaint.
