Basically a good stay
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HotelsNice place to stay. Rooms are small but clean. Right next to great executive golf course with great restaurant. Toilet didn’t flush very well and raccoons overturned garbage every night so there was a mess until staff arrived for work but we could live with that

Who’s covering the desk?
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe did not enjoy our stay, as a mater of fact we stayed at another hotel. I was super disappointed. No one at the desk and no one could be reached on the phone. There were workers but none of them spoke English. We really loved staying in the past but probably will not book again. Still had to pay:(

No tv, no service

Was told someone would get back to us. No call.
Called again at 8 and was told the same. Tried to get the direct number to manager and would not be given.
No call all night.
We spent the night without tv and very disappointed.
No offer to compensate upon leaving.

We've driven by every time we visit the area, so we thought we would check it out this time. The staff welcomed us very well, the pool was great, and the room was comfy though sparse. The overall motel itself is quite rundown; as many places on the road nowadays, it needs a good upgrade. But it was pleasant to stay there.

Everything was very good. My only complaint is that they used a plugin air freshener which smelled terrible

I love the layout and nostalgic motor lodge feel. Beds are super-comfy, excellent bakery cafe just across the way. Peaceful stay.
