Une fin de road trip en Italie très agréable pour 2 jours. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, le restaurant très bon et les chambres confortables.

Vi möttes av dålig service i receptionen och fick reda på att restaurangen och gemensamhetsutrymmen skulle vara stängd för kvällen för privatfest. Bilderna på rummen stämde inte med verkligheten, i badrummet fungerade inte toaletten (vilket tog 4 timmar för dom att fixa) och det såg ut att vara svartmögel i dusch/badkar. Rummet var dammigt och det låg kvar gamla vattenflaskor från tidigare gäster. Det var väldigt mycket barnfamiljer och detta hotell har ingen inriktning på vinupplevelser. Frukosten var inget att hurra över, mer skolmatsal. Däremot var staden Montecarlo otroligt fin, vi rekommenerar verkligen att gå dit och äta god mat och glass, dock behöver man boka bord.

Buongiorno ci dispiace per il disagio.Abbiamo impiegato 4 ore per riparare il wc in quanto abbiamo dovuto aspettare l'intervento del tecnico specializzato, di sabato mattina.Le ho offerto di usufruire di un'altra camera per poter utilizzare il wc.Le famiglie con bambini si trovano in tutti gli hotel e agriturismi, non so cosa cercate in particolare, ma ci sono anche strutture che non accettano bambini.Per quello che riguarda polvere e bottiglie, ci sembra strano in quanto le camere vengono pulite e sanificate ogni giorno. Se è successa una svista, ci scusiamo.La colazione di solito è di gradimento di tutti gli ospiti, si tratta di colazione continentale dove poter trovare prodotti freschi salumi, formaggi frutta fresca, torte e caffetteria espressa.

Un accoglienza top e staff molto gentili. Il posto è tenuto bene, con una bella piscina e giardino curato. Camera confortevole con aria condizionata essenziale per i 33gradi esterni. Posto strategico per scoprire il buon vino e olio della zona, comoda per arrivare al mare e Lucca.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette that was perfect for our family of four. Resort pool was incredible. Large pool, great for laps or lounging with views of montecarlo.

The resort messed up our booking and so could see no reservation for us on arrival. They managed to find an alternative room but the room was tired, had several large blemishes on the walls, was somewhat dusty, and there no coffee makings. It was very disappointing given that we had requested a specific type of room on booking, to round off 3 weeks in Italy. What was more upsetting was the lack of integrity and the denial of any errors in their part. Overall, this experience tainted our overall trip and at no point did staff express any genuine remorse for the booking errors. Suffice to say, cannot recommend.

Good evening Mr Adrian.As already personally explained, the problem did not depend on us but on the expedia portal. We have not received any notification or email notifying us of your arrival. We have decided to provide alternative accommodation in a comfortable apartment rather than not hosting you in our facility. I proposed that you change accommodation the next day, 3 times, upon your arrival, in the evening for dinner and in the morning for breakfast and you preferred to stay in the apartment. We are sorry that your overall stay in Italy was ruined by this episode alone. It could have been worse if we had not welcomed you into the facility and it would have been our right as we had, I repeat, no notification in this regard. Alternatively you could move to your room the next day so as to only partially ruin your stay.Regards

Fint sted , dårlig med mat og drikke.

Vi kom klokken 14.00, og vi var både sultende og tørste , vi spurte i resepsjon men de sa at det ikke var mulig å kjøpe noe før klokken 20.00, de ba oss gå opp i byen ca 15-20 min gange , men da vi kom dit var alt stengt der også. Så det ble litt lenge uten mat , hadde det vært opplyst om det , kunne vi hatt med mat og drikke.
