Did not like -- Restaurants not available to all guests or conciere not accommodating for new check in clients Noise in section 18 from the disco at night after 10 pm wheelchair accessibility for older guest was difficult even after explaining if the rooms can be changed as we booked through travelocity Overall the trip was good as this was my 2nd time in 4years at this resort. The location is amazing and the overall facilities were good. The buildings are a bit older but everything was in good repair and worked well. A majority of the staff was friendly and willing to assist. The regular buffets were hit or miss and the overall food quality was inconsistent. Some of the food stations were easily overwhelmed and the one person assigned to them did the best they could. The buffet locations all close 30 minutes earlier than stated and I and a number of other guests that did not know this were a bit annoyed. This situation was consistent over the course of our stay. The restaurants that required scheduling were good and the service was timely and the staff was attentive. Be aware that the bars especially the one on the third floor lobby(outside terrace) give preference to visitors who tip so bring along some extra spending cash (singles worked well.)

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the room ( partial ocean view.) Entertainment was good, just wished there was more. The parking, the parking, the parking, was crazy, especially once we arrived that was one of our issue, not to mention you go off the property to a local event in the night you get back there’s none. The staff was very polite customer service was excellent. We/I will plan to come again in the future.

Staff was very friendly and it was a beautiful resort with plentiful space for guests.The WiFi was unstable and the AC in our room worked on and off which made it difficult for our infant to sleep in the heat.

The stay was ok. Food wasn’t bad but they need to manage the flies and the blackbirds in the open dining area. My room did not have any soap and despite two calls to the front desk no soap came. Good thing that I travel with my own toiletries or I wouldn’t be able to wash myself.

Amoy was of great help. The room was spacious, comfortable and lovely. The food was great. They had a wide variety to choose from. The entertainment could have been a little better.Quite an enjoyable experience nonetheless. I hope to visit again very soon. Cheers!

I'm Jamaican by birth, this was my firt time visiting this resort. I traveled alone soni could get a different experience. Firstly the service sucks. It's a beautiful property(a little rough around the edges) but the staff here are just horrible. There are a few persons that are personable enough to give somewhat of a good service, but overall the amenities and services provided were just mediocre. No one smiles or greet guests, whenever you walk to a counter to request a service(with proper manners) the staff's reaction to you gives the impression that you're bothering them. I had a long talk with one staff member and i got to understand that they aren't paid well. Well there you have it; pay mediocre all you getvis mediocre workers. Would I go back? Hell no!! Would I recomend... same as the first.
