Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe butler service , food and drinks were good. The shower was very filmy, our tv did not work our entire stay, our head set on our phone didn’t work , and there was no a/c in the hallways or stairwells of the resort.

DO NOT STAY HERE ROOMS AND RESORT IS OLD
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI travelled to Montego Bay to celebrate my birthday and stayed at the Breathless resort and Spa. It was highly recommended by others. This my first and last time visiting this resort and Spa.
Before I go into the horrible start I do want to shout out Jeavon my butler. He was great and did everything in his power to make my stay there "breathless" he went above and beyond. I appreciate him for that. So if you ignore this review and still decide to stay there then request if you can, Jaevon as your butler.
With that said, check in was lengthy but comfortable we travelled on Sept 12,2024 through September15th 2024. Once we received our room keys we went to the room. Automatically we were hit with a bad mildew/mold smell. It was horrible. We thought maybe because of the rain and it being hurricane season there that might be the reason. We were sadly wrong the room reaked of that everyday of our stay. I told our Butler and the front desk of the smell. After not hearing back from anyone the fist night I attempted to see about it the next day. The next day came still know one had contacted me about the room after they said they would. I asked housekeeping who happened to be on the floor and she stated "what do you want me to do", I don't think she was sincere about it at all. So I went down to the front desk again and spoke to someone about it and they said they would send housekeeping up to the room. Unfortunately I have to end here no more characters left. DO NOT STAY HERE

The staff was amazing 10/10 but that hotel needs immediate renovations and upgrades. The prize is very high end and therefore the hotel should be fully functional. The hotel chain holder does the staff a disservice because they have to deal with the complaints of the guests.
