All of the staff are kind, heloful, courteous and seem genuinely happy to see each guest!! Rooms are very clean. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach towels. Food was very good everyday. This was my 2nd visit!!

No internet Outdated No phone in room Said they were updated the property but never seen anyone working Staff rude No elevators but wanted to upcharge for rooms on first level Food nasty Management wouldn’t even come out side to talk to ppl that had complaints. Front desk told me one price Management said another price Just awful DO NOT STAY!!!

Staff were pleasant.....food good. Would reccomend to friends and would go back.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful the shuttle service was quick and easy , the food was always fresh and plenty of choices and delicious. Vanessa was extremely attentive to our needs and happy to serve us ice cream or any snacks in any area she helped us in , Dahlia walker who ran the kitchen was extremely helpful to my husband Reid what ever he asked her to help him with she did with a smile and true compassion
