Sa fais 3fois en 5ans et la qualité ses grandement détériorer .Ses maintenant un entré gamme comme hotel et dans un ghetto terriblement criminel. Je me suis faite piqué avec une seringue devant hotel sur la hip par un drogué fini. Il y a 5ans cétais paysible maintenant violence total envers les touristes. Pleins prostituées .Ma femme ses faite traité de mauvaise mère pcq elle achetait pas leurs cochoneries. Un mes ami ses faite crié sale blanc lollll très agréable.

Un Hotel bien situé mais le services très désagréable. Les personnes antipathique et arrogant, très décevant.La sécurité(hombre)de hôtel n'avait pas de respect pour mes deux Adolescents. en plus ont avaient (DES PUNAISES DE LIT ET ONT A ÊTRES PIQUER . L'hôtel a rien fait le services de chambre catastrophe ;ils avait toujours un manqué de choses .la Climatisation toujours en défectueuse.Aux buffets un masque de nourriture en toutes temps.Très Décourager de mon séjours a cettes hotel Je ne les recommandes a personnes .TOUJOURS INTÉRESSÉ PAR L ARGENT $$$$$$$

Good day Ms. Eneroliza, We want to thank you for staying with us. I was grateful to have met you a number of times while you were here and had no idea you were dis-satisfied with your stay. You did report that your air-condition was not cooling and we had someone fix that issue for you, also you reported that your daughter was bitten while she was asleep because when she woke up in the morning she had red spots which appeared to be mosquito bits. We had our Health and Safety coordinator examined your daughter and room along with experts who came and inspected to see if your assumptions that there were bed bugs was true. No bed bugs was found on none of the beds. This information was communicated to you. We apologies that you did not enjoy your stay with us and welcome you back so you can have a more pleasant experience. Have a Royal day!!

The safe in the room didn’t work. Had issues with housekeeping first few days but it got better once the regular staff resume work.

The property is huge. Customer service was awesome. Tevin Checked us in and he made sure that everything was perfect. He even asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. In the dining hall the waitresses sang us happy birthday and gave us a there is not much entertainment and there is nothing fun for kids. There are quite a few pools to choose from but there is nothing special about the pools. The choices of food is great especially from the buffet. The Alacarte was lame. imagine sitting in a restaurant, placing your order and waited over 2 hours to get the food? That was misery but overall, I would say this hotel is average. I also love the craft vending stalls on the beach.

Cave Beach was beautiful. The staff was nice but the man they are very sexual including the staff I was asked multiple times to be slept with honestly if you’re a girl, they’ll let you get away without other stuff because they want to try to have sex with you other than that it was a nice place to go to in the beach. You can stay on all night. You never had to worry about seating for the beach. I went during their Independence Day and I’ve never worried about what I was gonna say my stuff there’s always seats and places to have fun.

Customers service is lacking. Some staff members were unnecessarily aggressive and rude and acted as if it was a bother for them being at work and actually having to help the guest. The front desk manager Mr. Smith was amazing. Rennay, Godfrey, Tevion and a few other members were exceptional while others were obnoxious and treated the black guest very differently from the white guests. The food options at the beach bar can be improved. The entire snack process needs improvement and luckily it appeared as if they were repairing the hurricane damage. Bathroom mats are hot commodity which were always unavailable. The rooms, the furniture, the paint, the tiles, all need to be addressed by a professional and not whomever it is that obviously only knows how to do patch work without much experience. The bathroom mirrors were damaged from the inside. The bathroom had a moldy cord draped inside the shower which should be used for the washcloths but that would definitely kill you or give you a serious infection. The mattresses smelled like pee. The food was obviously recycled from day to day so prepare to have the remixed version of whatever wasn't eaten in the morning. The gate security all need retraining. The beach and pool were well kept. The pool towel section could use proper signage. If you're interested in subpar, underwhelming experiences, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, pay a few extra dollars if you can and go somewhere else.
