The staff was exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable attentive and caring. The rooms were spacious , nicely decorated and cleaned twice daily.
The morning buffet breakfast has a large variety of delicious foods. Perhaps they should consider having an evening buffet especially when SugarMill is closed.

It was a truly lovely place, the people were all very friendly and welcoming. However, the food options were limited and while there were several restaurants, some weren't open the days we were there and the few that were always open served very similar items. Costs were also quite high and "all-inclusive" is being used very loosely.

The staff was impeccable. Its huge so carts and bikes are available to get around. The beach is clean and the life guards are very present. The food is rhe best I've had at any resort I've stayed. Check in and check out was smooth. I did a spa treatment and it was exquisite. I cant wait to return!!!

The Beginning of an Annual Tradition

The staff was friendly, the property was beautiful, the management was accomodating, food was excellent and they had an interesting take on traditional cuisine items. I would also say vegan friendly. Do try out the Sugar Mill and Delmare restaurant. From day one, Fitzgerald, Tricia, Kemoya, too many to name were so accomodating. Ive had experiences at various hotels in Jamaica and by far this has been the best yet. I also like that they didnt have the typical hotel entertainment, thus I was able to have a relaxing vacation.
The only con I would say is that the Founders Cove area can be updated a bit. However, this did not take away from the experience.
Also forgot to mention the Fern Tree Spa, please get a massage, Denisha was the best. Shes very skilled at what she does.
Book the hotel and go you wont regret it.
