The property is beautiful and staff are always cleaning very early in the morning. The rooms need some TLC: hole in floor, mirror damaged,couch in the room the fabric was torn and dirty furniture.
The staff made up for the room shortcomings. Pleasant and professional. Sending kudos to Lewis and Breana at front desk, Joan in the Vogue (lobby) bar. Buffet wait staff - Tamika, Prissy, Jovi ann, Oshanna, Dr. Phil. Krystal restaurant-Terranae, Beach servers - TaJohn and Orel. Housekeeping- Shantell. Thank you all for making our anniversary trip a delight.

I really enjoyed my vacation, the Staff was amazing and friendly. The drinks were amazing, my room was huge and clean. I wasn’t able to work my air or tv to watch Netflix. When I reached out to guest services someone came right to my room immediately!!!
