The rooms were really warm. I had to request a fan just to make it tolerable. Most all inclusive resorts have alcohol in the rooms but these did not nor could we order through room service. I ordered the 24 hr room service at 11pm and was told it would be 1.5 hours got 2 from cheese sandwiches and fries. I agreed to it. After 1.5 hours I called again to follow up on the order only to be told it would be another 2 hours. I cancelled the order. Why have 24 hr room service if you can't fulfill the orders. All the restaurants were extremely hot as well to the point I had to keep excusing myself to dry off the sweat from my head. This was a common complaint amongst most people we talked to. It was apparent that these conditions affected the employees and very few seemed to be in a good mood. I don't blame them. The check-in process was good and seamless. The ice machines did not work. I saw roaches in some areas of the resort. All in all, this resort left a lot to be desired.

Horrible service. For the price you pay you shouldn’t experience this kind of service. The rooms were entirely too expensive and the air didn’t work, room service didn’t clean as they should’ve. Management didn’t really care and I was not accommodated for this.
