Overall the property was great. Nice rooms, clean and most of the staff was good. The only thing I didn't like was I definitely felt like the staff at the Adult Only pool did not serve us as well because we are white. Looked over us many times. We tipped very often and tried to win their service but felt uncomfortable there many times. we actually moved to the kids area because of it.

The property itself overall was good, but for the anount of money I spent, the rooms could have been better, the walls in the hallway were dirty andvthe carpet need cleaning bad. The staff was excellent

This hotel and surrounding property was AMAZING. It deserves more than 10/10 rating. From the couteous and respectful staff, to the accomodations of the room ( junior suite):, to the many options of food choices, and beverages and mostly tge magical views of the ocean. The HYATT ZILARA will definitely have a returning guest with me.
