The villas were well appointed and allowed for privacy but were also close enough to make everyone feel included and close by. Staff was awesome and super responsive with requests and planning. Nicola was great and so helpful! Romeo and Liz were so kind and gracious every morning. Chef Marlon's food was delicious. Everyone felt their villa housekeeper was the best - thank you, Roxanne! We had massages, a photographer and a yoga instructor come. Kids asked for no less than ten virgin strawberry daiquiris a day and David could not have been more accommodating. We had a blast and feel so lucky to have stayed there. We felt completely safe despite the travel advisories. You won't regret a stay at Silent Waters!

Spectacular Vacation

We were so fortunate to experience this truly mesmerizing and stunning oasis! Highly recommend on all accounts.

Best Villa AND Staff in Jamaica!

Silent Waters appealed to me because it has six independent villas on a secured property and a staff of 13+ people to serve you. Essentially, this is like staying in a private hotel & spa. There is NOTHING like it. My family had the best vacation ever. From the first touch point to check out, it was the best. And INCLUDE this wonderful staff in your lives while you are there. They are professional, caring, and sweet people. We threw a party with them the last night. I suggest you do the same. Jean Lawrence has been the manager for decades, and most of the staff have been there for a long time as well. A resort is merely brick and mortar without the people, and these people are the best! Chef Marlon is phenomenal as is David the bartender. I could name every one of the staff because I got to know them. Highly recommend you do so, too!

Everlasting Memories

I selected this property to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everyone couple had their own private villa with housekeeper. This property is luxury and exclusivity at its FINEST. We were pampered and spoiled the entire stay. Chef Marlon’s food was absolutely fantastic and David’s drinks were phenomenal. I will definitely be back but I will never forget the love and kindness me and my guests were shown at this property.

The entire staff is friendly, hard working and go above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and fun time!

Exceeded our expectations
Publié le 13 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayFirst of all, the staff is outstanding. The greeting…we felt like royalty. They anticipated our needs, we’re gracious, professional, and top notch. The property is breathtaking. Pictures don’t do it justice. Chef Marlon is a magician as the food was magnificent. Definitely select the “grocery option” for your food choice. The bartender, David was perfect (love his specialty drink “The David”). junior kept the pools clean and sparkling daily. Romeo was our server for every meal and did so with the biggest smile every day. Head housekeeper, Roseanne, didn’t miss a beat. She and her staff (Liz and Raquel) made sure all villa’s were spotless daily with turndown service each evening. Laundry was done daily (which was so very nice). John, head of security, watched over the property at night while we slept. An added surprise, management arranged for a local band to play for us on our final night. Amazing. We also had a private driver arranged for us during our stay who stayed by our side, making the best suggestions. Can’t wait to visit again.
