Restauration indigne du petit dej au diner. C est vraiment mauvais et sans rapport avec la caregorie hoteliere. Plage minuscule. Sable visqueux dans la mer. Bruyant car en bordure d une route. Service d une lenteur incroyable. Insistance insupportable du personnel sur les services de l hotel vendus a des prix delirants comme le spa

The property was excellent but the location is bad road noise and limited food choices.

The dinning was limited and super slow. There were no cold beers and many liquor restrictions. The menu is super limited. The beach is not clean, it has a lot of seaweed, slimy floor and rocks. The chairs in the terrace are all broken. The dock is wrecked and not allowed to be used. The dinning was limited and super slow. There were no cold beers and many liquor restrictions. The main restaurant is super hot at night and should have enclosed air conditioning. Staff was super slow and at times rude, they took forever to serve drinks. (Only exception of Hilary and Marc-Anthony. The rooms were great with comfortable and clean bed and towels. We were given butlers but didn’t find the use.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the previous stay with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We the management Team will investigate and ensure that same doesn't happen again in the future as it relates to limited and slow services liquor restriction no cold beer. We do have alot of liquor on property; however, we cannot put them all out at once, we will definitely address this issues. Re the beach with a lot of seaweed we have been experiencing some bad weather which is the cause of the seaweed, there is someone who is appointed for beach cleaning each day. As for the chairs on the terrace that were damage, they are now removed. The deck\pier were damage in the hurricane, and they are currently working on same. Thank you very much for your feedback as it is only through carefully listening to our guests' comments and making corrective actions that we can continuously enhance your experiences.
