Lovely property / communication was not optimal
First, the property was outstandingly well decorated and impeccable in appearance. It was a wonderfull place to stay. It was 5 star in every sense as far as aesthetics. However we sent a message over two weeks before arrival with questions about basics logistics, particularly parking. Literally no response at all. Not even a response to say “all that will be covered a day or so before your stay.” They did eventually send a very thorough email with videos about arrival procedures the day before our arrival. This was a great guide that I asked about two weeks before and, again, didn’t receive a response. All that would’ve needed to happen is a simple answer or acknowledgement of the message The next issues were some minor details that would’ve seemed inherent in renting a property at this price point (and one that is literally an awesome property). They have literally added water to hand soap in an apparent attempt to not have to buy new bottles or provide actual hand soap. The heaters don’t properly heat the unit. They did not provide the proper number of towels for guests listed in the rental. Some of us were using hand towels to dry off after the shower. In summary. We did love the property and we were willing to pay the higher price point than some others we looked at. The smaller details appaear to not rise up to what an amazing property this is.

Great place in heart of Montepulciano
The Tuscan Palace was a beautiful villa right on the main shopping street in Montepulciano. The villa was quite spacious and elegantly decorated. During our 10 day stay and our daily tours of neighboring towns, it was always a pleasure to return to the Tuscan Palace to relax with a glass of wine on the beautiful terrace attached to the unit.

Three couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bed, 3 bath street level apartment in Montepulciano. It was tastefully decorated and spotless. Would definitely recommend!
