The bathtubs don’t have stoppers. When we asked for one they told that it’s just a drain that you can’t use it that way. I only book hotels with tubs so I can soak after hiking so this was disheartening. The room was next to the road so it was very noisy probably because of the sliding glass door leading to the balcony not being energy efficient. Making it very hard to sleep. The room smelled as if it had either been converted from a smoking room and not remodeled or someone had been smoking on the balcony and the smoke entered the room. Either way, it didn’t smell clean. Lastly, there was no bar soap in the room to use to wash our hands with. When we asked for some they said they don’t provide bar soap but to use just the shower gel. The shower gel did not perform like bar soap. The room fell short of our expectations.

Stayed a night for my birthday trip. It was nice. Big room. High ceiling. When we first checked in the guy said he didn’t have my reservation but ultimately found it. It was fun. Good for a night or two. Our tv didn’t work though. It was turning on and off by itself. I was happy they had a microwave and a mini fridge and it had a freezer too very cool. It was quiet and walkable to Cannery Row

Right between the aquarium and Fisherman's Wharf
Excellent location right on the main walking path that will take you to Monterey Bay Aquarium in one direction or Fisherman's wharf in the other direction. 10 minutes walk to either place. The room was clean and had everything we needed. No ocean view from our room, but the property has an outdoor sitting area with tables and chairs that overlooks San Carlos Beach Park. The parking is included in the room cost at no extra charge. Only downside is no breakfast is included, but you'd probably want to go to one of the many cafes around, anyway.

Comfortable place to stay
I always enjoy my stay at cannery row inn. The hotel Clerk was so friendly and went above and beyond to put our group rooms together so we would all be on the same floor close by. Not to mention I love the fireplace in our room and the bed was pretty comfortable I slept great!
