I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. While I had high expectations given the pricing, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the level of service from staff was disappointing. It was evident that they lacked basic customer service skills and professionalism, as they seemed unfamiliar with handling constructive feedback or addressing guest concerns appropriately.
What was most troubling, however, was the behavior that I perceived as discriminatory. Such actions are completely unacceptable, and I expect your hotel to maintain an environment of respect and inclusivity for all guests.
Given the premium rates, I had anticipated a much higher standard of service, professionalism, and hospitality. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply disappointing.
