Une bonne option pour visiter la région! Accès facile aux principaux axes routiers, tout en étant assez loin pour assurer la tranquilité. À distance de marche de la baie de Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf, de la rue Alvarado et quelques minutes en voiture de Cannery Row et de la fameuse Route 1, 17 mile drive et Big Sur. Le personne est très attentionné et efficace. Le déjeuner permet de bien démarrer la journée alors que la terrasse du bistro et la piscine et spa permettent la détente en fin de journée.

Parfait
Publié le 17 mai 2022 sur HotelsMalgré la seule nuit que nous avons passé dans cet établissement, nous avons pris le temps de profiter de la piscine et du bain à remous chauffé. La chambre est grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Très bel adroit.

1st time staying here & wont be the last
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThis is the 1st time we stayed here & definitely won't be the last. We got to the hotel super early & was able to be checked in. Front desk was friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we checked in & out with Fady. Fady you're awesome & we hope the next time we come, you will be there. I loved the room, I wasn't expecting the big bathtub that we got, so that was a surprise. We were just missing some bathbombs, but weren't able to make it to Lush down the street. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. Even though we aren't wine drinkers, we did like that you offered free wine during certain hours. Everywhere we went in the hotel it was super clean. We also loved that you guys offer us to put our bikes we brought to put in a closet in the hotel as well to free up some space in our room. Thank you for making our stay awesome and relaxing!

Terrible
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAC in our room didnt work, nither did the phone. Took 3 trips to the front desk to get someone to the room to do nothing. Had to leave at 9pm and drive 3 hours home without an offer of another room or discount. Was scolded for front desk sending maintenance to 3 different room, despite my being very clear about my room number and name on reservation. Some of the worst customer service ever.

We did send someone over to fix your AC I do apologize for the inconvenience and delay as we were told the wrong room number multiple times...After getting the right room number we did try calling your room as well to offer you other options but got no answer since the phone was disconnected by you due to having a little one and him playing with the phone. Unfortunately, we were sold out and had no other rooms available for you to move to. Thank you again for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback. Thank you,Hotel Management Team
