Nice hotel! They have free laundry service, which is very useful when you are on a road trip! Be aware that WiFi is not free!

I was shocked to learn we had to request our room to be cleaned rather than it just being cleaned. We weren’t told about this until I complained when we checked out. I was also shocked to see that “room service” for food meant you had to go to the lobby to pick up your food. This is in Monterey, Ca. not some place out in the country. And this is a Marriott. I expect better.
