Viernes 13 de septiembre a las 3:15 pm les pedí un rollo extra de papel de baño y la recepcionista me dijo que solo ponían uno por habitación que cuando se terminara bajara por otro le expliqué que yo traía una condición que usaba mucho el baño por las noches y me dijo lo mismo que bajara a cualquier hora por el rollo de papel

The restroom was dirty, not soap, smells humid and you feel on your foot the bad condition of the carpet, for 3 people only one towel plus in overall is not clean and looks old. We will not comeback.
