Beautiful old castle

There were things that could have been improved on… For example, there was nowhere to get breakfast or lunch. The nearest town is a good little hike down a hill and back up with groceries so having a car is a must. We used the local bus line and it was inconvenient. It would be great if they could provide a continental breakfast or even a vending machine for snacks/water. The castle itself was beautiful. The grounds and swimming pool were very much appreciated. And the castle even has a wonderful restaurant serving dinners every night but Tuesday.

Having a car is a personal choice but always recommend also by us!
Being the 39 units of the property self catering it' s difficult to organize breakfast because most of the guests are happy to make their own. We will take in consideration the idea of water/ snack dispenser ;) All the best.
