Welcome to our charming two-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of old Monteverde. Recently remodeled, this third-floor gem offers a perfect retreat after a day spent exploring the stunning outdoors of Monteverde. With its prime location just 3 km from the renowned Monteverde Cloud Forest preserve and within walking distance of the Curicancha Reserve, Bajo del Tigre Reserve, and Monteverde Waterfall, you'll enjoy easy access to all the natural wonders this area has to offer.

Step inside and be greeted by elevated ceilings that fill the space with abundant natural light. The apartment is ideal for small families or friends traveling together, providing ample space and comfort. Unwind on the treetop balcony with a steaming cup of tea, observing colorful birds and the occasional playful monkey in our yard. Within a short distance, you'll find Stella's bakery, the Cafe Monteverde cooperative, and La cuchara de la abuela nestled within the CASEM women's coop, offering delightful culinary experiences.

Immerse yourself in nature as you explore the nearby Bajo del Tigre and Curicancha Reserves, as well as the magnificent Monteverde Waterfall, all within walking distance. If you're in the mood for some urban charm, downtown Santa Elena is just a short 3 km away. Please note that the apartment is situated on the third floor, requiring you to climb a number of stairs, but the reward is a breathtaking treetop view that will leave you in awe.

The entire unit is completely private, ensuring a peaceful and intimate stay. As avid nature lovers, we deeply value conservation and have taken extensive measures to restore our landscape. Over the past 5 years, we have planted over 500 native trees and plants on our property, contributing to reforestation efforts and the preservation of our environment. Furthermore, a portion of our proceeds is donated to local conservation initiatives through CorClima.

For your convenience, a house manual is provided, which includes essential information such as WiFi codes. Rest assured, we offer fiber optic cable with a blazing-fast 100 Mgb connection to keep you connected and entertained during your stay.

In the spirit of our forest setting, it's important to note that small insects may occasionally find their way inside the apartment. However, please be reassured that they pose no danger. In fact, they play a vital role in sustaining the local ecosystem by providing nourishment for birds, frogs, and other wildlife. Additionally, they contribute to the balance of our own food sources.
