The rooms don’t have ac or heating….the hotel is dated to 1960…

Room was very musty, and the bed were very uncomfortable. They gave us the wrong room and we got really wet to go back to reception to get another room. I asked for an extra towel and they say No. only one towel per guest.

Beautiful property with large dining room for breakfast. Only downside is that it is Not walkable to Santa Elena town.

Yard view is good. Breakfast is definitely a plus. Sound proof is not that good, but we will stay again next time.

Wonderful hotel
Posted Mar. 24, 2024 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay! Everyone was so nice. We were greeted with a lovely lemonade and ginger drink. The grounds are well manicured with beautiful flowers and fountains. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and the food was great. The rooms are clean. They are not air conditioned, but it gets cool at night and we were comfortable.

Safe, clean hotel. No elevators. Minimal places to hang clothes or unpack. Good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. We were able to use pool facilities at sister hotel, although not advertised. Would stay again. Lots of families, so not so quiet though.

This is a lovely little gem tucked away in Santa Elena. Great for families, couples and large groups. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is fantastic.
Lots of outdoor seating and garden areas to relax.
Would recommend and hope to return.
