Umgebucht - alles perfekt!

Auf Grund höherer Gewalt wurden wir spontan in ein Hotel in der Nähe umgebucht. Hier hatten wir ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer und eine erstklassige Anlage mit hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Kudos für die gute und spontane Umsetzung und das B&B.

The best thing about this hotel is the owner and his wife. It is a small hotel and they are the only "staff". Their hospitality is amazing. The second best thing is the restaurant. The breakfasts are great and the one dinner we had there was much much better than the meals that we had in restaurants in the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was lots of hot water. There was also cable tv in the rooms (mostly Spanish channels of course). The only thing that was kinda weird was that the rooms do not have any windows, or windows that open to corridors! Also, they gave us some misinformation about the pricing for one of the zipline tours. (I don't think it was done intentionally.) This is a small business and they prefer to be paid in cash. Unfortunately I did not know that ahead of time and was low on cash by the time we arrived in Monteverde so I had to use my credit card.
