It was okay. Not the nicest hotel but considering the price, not bad. The location is convenient and in a decent neighborhood. My only complaint is that the only elevator was broken on a weekend night. After a long day of travel the last thing you should have to do is lug your bags up to the third floor. We passed on the breakkfast. It was blvery basic continental and the coffee was not good.

Nice and clean hotel
Our room was very nice! Clean and roomy. They made the breakfast sound great but it was just ok. I was expecting scrambled or some kind of eggs but just just waffles for hot item. Not good if trying to eat healthy. Nice area and close to the major highways.

The overall cleanliness of Baymont was excellent. However, there was some minor but major issues with not having the elevator fixed as this made the hotel tenants have to walk up and down the stairs each time they went to their car and or to even go to the front desk. The three nights that I stayed there the heat was broken. While the temperatures were in like the 30 and 40°. They provided a heater after the first night but overall I still pretty much was very cold as the heater is just for that little space. The television in my room was broken. I didn’t have anything to watch. Thankfully I had my own technology with me. this hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. I came home on Saturday night and noticed that there was a strong, pungent smoking smell inside of my bathroom. When I yelled no smoking then the smell of cigarette smoking smells went away.

For the price this hotel was perfect me the unit is spacious very clean and comfortable, bed was comfy bathroom nice and the hotel was quiet and secluded when I first checked in the host at the front was very kind with me my second day I actually walked in on cleaners in the room (I came back really early) and they were really kind as well I’ve spent the last couple weeks in questionable hotels due to my budget and this was really a breath of fresh air I have rebooked myself for next week and will most likely do it the following week!

Did not stay there. Elevators not working and they did not have room on first floor. My wife has hip problems and could not walk up stairway to room. The check in desk employee told me that he would cancel reservation and not charge me for the room. So I expect Expedia to do the same.

Convenient location, but the rooms were not very warm and comfortable. The elevator did not work, and we didn't have access to the staircase that was closest to our room. Staff was friendly, but hard to understand.
