Poor upkeep, fire alarm false alarmed twice in 2 days followed by over 10 times in 2 days. Staff was like no big deal.

The lobby was pleasant and the front desk are all friendly and accomodating. However, the room we got was not. The floor was not clean, the room smells molds and the bed/ bed sheets has like molds in it, the AC smells bad. I asked the housekeeping to change the all thr beddings and they did. I had to buy odor elminator and other cleaning essentials to clean the room itself. The money we spent on this room was not worth it.

Worst hotel experience ever
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWhen we walked in the room, it smelled. The tub was wet like someone showered and the soap was used. Bathroom light went out. Spoke with 3 different employees for it only to get fixed 36 hours later. Staff didn’t clean my room for a day and when they did, only partially cleaned it. Didn’t renew the linens daily either. Worst staff and hotel experience ever.

When I get to the door room the door was open and behind the door is a table when I open one of the trash can has garbage and the sink was clogged but the bed was so comfortable and the pillows

This trip was an emergency trip from Hurricane Milton. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The room was a good size for our stay! The sofa had stains all over it, there is no carpet, so the floors needed to be cleaned, they were very dirty. The shower had some mold growth and overall needed some TLC.

Very nice accomodations
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe liked the clean room, pleasant cleaning staff. Breakfast was terrible. Cold gravy, they ran out of orange juice, weren't very accomodating. Just because people came north from hurricane Milton the hotel should have had enough supplies.
