We were staying for the "Salute to Veterans Bowl" game. Biggest problem is that with knowing that the hotel was fully book they didn't staff properly. Our room wasn't available prior to the game starting - at 8pm. Which wasn't the biggest issue. Knowing this they should have expected that everyone would be trying to check in at the same time after the game. Unfortunately, they only had one person available at the check in to support ALL of the guests. There was no bottled water available for purchase in the pantry. Our room had many issues. None of the remotes would work on the TV in the suite. The couch was ripped, there was a board on the floor in the kitchen area that kept falling down every time you walked by the area. The room was only moderately cleaned at best. Very poor experience from check in to check out.

Dirty room
Room was filthy with old soap bars left in the shower. Black dirt on shower floor and old crusty toothpaste on the bathroom sink handle. Im honestly concerned that the sheets were not even change from the last guest with how the rest of the room was looking. Seems like the cleaning staff did the bare minimum with cleaning the room. Beautiful building and surroundings areas but the room was the downfall of my stay by far.

Great place to stay.
I love staying at the Embassy Suites. The room I stayed in was quite large. I counted at least 6 chairs to sit in. Great drinks as well as breakfast which made our stay quite even better (especially since it was included with the price).

Unfortunately I am very upset by my experience here. I felt unsafe in the parking lot upon arrival because there were many people loitering. I worried my car might be broken into. My room was sadly dirty; the outlets, light switches, and wall had sticky gunk on them. There was a piece of hard candy stuck on the bed headboard. There was soap scum on the bathroom floor. When I went down to dinner there was one waitress trying her best to serve the entire restaurant and ordering one dish took upwards of two hours. I hate to complain but I honestly expected far better from a hotel that cost almost $200 a night after fees.
