Love staying at this hotel. We got to the hotel at 3:50 pm and ask to check in because we were going to a college football game. The lady at desk did not greet us. Her first words was what is your last name. Said that we could not check in for 20 minutes. Left and went to the back. Another lady ask could she help. The lady at front counter came back and I ask was checking in not at 4. She said yes and let us check in. She was not nice at all. And we have never had this problem there before. Did not greet.

There were no hot cups, and the shower soaps were empty, but other than that, a great room.

Towels not replaced, no unflavored creamer at breakfast bar, but strangely French vanilla and Hazelnut. It was a convenient location. Moe at front desk was awesome!

Expensive for a very basic hotel

Beds were okay.
Everyone who worked there was very nice.
Bathroom needs a remodel. Shower rod and been fixed and looked like it may have been ripped off the wall previously. NO fan in the bathroom. That’s a big problem when traveling with 3 grown boys/men. Nothing was so bad that I wouldn’t stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The toilet in room 333 was operating all night long. While it was a bit noisy, the waste of water is concerning. I asked for a discount due to the constant running toitet noise but nothing was offered by the staff. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to check the toilet when you walk into the room. It may keep you up at night!
