This property was simply elegant, quiet, and beautiful…. The food was the best we’ve had in Wales so far. The staff was simply perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

Check in nightmare
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsI arrived later in the evening to check out, firstly the sat nav took me down lots of one car lanes and kept taking me to a gate at the rear of the property that couldnt be acessed. Then when i arrived around 10pm ther hotel was pitch black and locked up. I was banging on the door and windows in the dark and cold for 15 mins, then I went round the back of the property in darkness and found a number to ring a guy called Paul who managed the caravan park, he was very kind and managed to get in the hotel and sort a room for me, i was cold and distressed at this point. I did try to call the hotel numerous times to let them know about the late check in but no answer on the phone.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Set in glorious surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

A stunning property in a gorgeous location. We we're in roon 9 overlooking the rear lawn & towards the caravan site, which sound incongruous but the site is stunning. The room was recently renovated in a French style, which was beautiful. The towels & dressing gowns fluffy, the bed firm & cozy and tea, coffee & biscuits in the room. The Welsh breakfast was extremely tasty & the staff helpful. Amazing 👏 ❤️
