They only have stairs two the 2nd floor. Too old to ne climbing stairs.

Room was tidy but not completely clean. Air conditioning was loud when it would come on

I have tried to cancel this reservation over a half dozen times to no avail. The hotel was horrific. The pool had no water in it and the bathrooms were not in working condition. We immediately cancelled at the hotel. However, I was told to call Expedia and cancel. I tried multiple times and was constantly hung up on by a man named Paul. I was given a second number to call and cancel. Only to find myself talking to a recording and was also hung up on after being on the line for several minutes. Paul, told me he was not with Expedia. He was a third party only to make reservations. However, when I called the number given, he was the one to pick up. The service was horrible and I will never use Expedia for anything again.

Room was nice. Very hot in the hallways, tub drained extremely slow, ac worked good in the room, bed was not as comfortable as preferred...over all it was a nice stay

Not what is advertised. Very old. Spa tub is advertised, but is limited to one room, not for all. We were given the room with the spa tub because we were not happy with there not being one for the hotel. It did not work and was very hard to get in and out. Haven't eaten yet, but appears to be a free breakfast, although advertised as available for a fee. Room was clean but around the building is very run down and not kept up. Pool is not usable at this time.
