Welcome to The Sailor's Siren! The ultimate couples retreat/Romantic get away.

Wake up to gorgeous sunrises on Lake Conroe. Be views of widest part of the lake. Bird watching /fishing and swimming. Hot tub with a view. Tropical decor. Great restaurants near by. 30 minutes from Ren-Fest. Lots of activities near by. Sam Houston National Forest is 15 minutes away with all the hiking trails. April Sound Gated community with 24 hour security and golf, tennis big Olympic size pool country CLUB. If you would like to spend three nights and get a 3 day pass to golf play tennis etc. It's 110$ money goes to club Corp. Ask in advance so you can fill form out and we can get it taken care of for you to enjoy.
( For guest with boats you need to find a place to launch it and store trailer while HERE. There is no boat lift.. You can die off at your own expense but need to die far back and watch weather as we get bad storms here that will push your boat up against dock. THE Sailor's Siren and myself and husband assume zero liability for boat damage.. Swim and play at your own risk. April Plaza Marina is 10$ a night to leave trailer there. Also if you call ahead of time you can get a over night slip for 35$ a night there. Towards the end of summer you can get a slip over night same day. So call them before booking if you have a boat. Super close to Aprilsound. Minutes away from The Sailor's Siren. Guest golfing in the beautiful country club golf course is + tax'90 during week and 110+tax on weekends and includes the golf cart. Please call April Sound Country Club to make reservations. Guests can get a family pass of four. Two adults two kids. 3 day pass to country club amnenties of workout classes, pool, gym, dining bar of the private country club.. If desired for 100$ you will have to call Aprilsound country club this. Obtain passes or book your tee time prior.

Family Christmas Vacation
The property is absolutely lovely. We all enjoyed the view of Lake Conroe from the deck! It was incredibly peaceful and serene! Enjoyed the fire pit as well as the hot tub. Was a fantastic way to spend the holidays with my family. Alicia is a gracious host! Gave us recommendations on where to eat and was very responsive when we had any questions! She definitely deserves a 10 out of 10! We enjoyed our stay so much that I am thinking of booking it again next year!!

Small Disappointments
I chose this property because of the awesome deck overlooking the lake. A hurricane hit Lake Conroe shortly before my stay and destroyed the dock and the canopy on the deck. Once we went shopping and purchased a pop-up canopy for the deck, it was much more comfortable to sit outside. The pictures showed a pool and I was led to believe it was for our use from the comments of other guests. When I arrived at the property I saw that the pool was actually for a neighboring property and was now fenced off. However, the property manager did leave a card for us to access the April Sound Club pool.

So Much Fun!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Sailor's Siren! Plenty of space, clean, has washer and dryer. Directly on the lake but it's hard to fish or swim due to the location. The water is very choppy because boats are going very fast due to the marina or boat launch being around the corner. Tons of space in the backyard for yard games. We used the hot tub and it was great. The owners were very responsive and so kind! They brought over a brand new grill for us to cook out which we appreciated so much! Plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen. A/C worked great! The community pool is pretty big and they do have a poolside bar that you can also order food at. I would absolutely stay here again!

This property and the host were amazing. The house fit us perfectly and the lake was so relaxing. My only criticism is for the house contents to be more organized and better cleaned (specifically in the kitchen). Each time I missed something (such as the hair dryer or wine opener) I contacted the host who was super responsive and offered to bring it over at once. I completely understand missing items and how hard it would be to account for everything but future occupants may want to be prepared.

Great Stay!

Great Thanksgiving
Ms. Alicia was an amazing hostess she kept in contact with me making sure we had everything we needed and that we were ok. Any questions I had she responded back quickly making our stay a peaceful and calm mini vacation with family. We get together every thanksgiving and this was one of our best stays. I am looking to coming back in the summer to enjoy the water. The house was spacious and quiet. Thank you Ms. Alicia. I recommend this place for any vacationers

Great Hospitality
Alicia and her husband went above and beyond during our stay. We had a small thing happen and Alicia and her husband were there immediately to fix the issue and also went above and beyond to bring us things we needed in that moment. Very responsive and helpful. Very cute home and the views were very serene while watching the sailboats. All bedrooms are on the first floor which was great too. Overall we had a great time on our annual bestie weekend. Thanks guys for all you did and your help. We appreciated you.
