Charming house with a nice view.
Check in was easy. Very nice place. Plenty of room to visit with family. Would be very enjoyable in the summer when the pool is open. My grandson enjoyed the basketball game. Two drawbacks. First, we had 5 people who needed to shower in the morning, hot water was nearly depleted by the third so the last two took cool showers. The other is the driveway is STEEP, so taking the trash out was a nice workout!! Otherwise we enjoyed the property and would consider returning.

Great lake front home
David was very helpful and accommodating with my request for hosting a Thanksgiving dinner. I had another house lined up was cancelled on short notice due to a double booking issue. David was able to get me and my family in without an issue. We had a large group (15 total) and had zero issues with the house. Kitchen and TV room were spacious and the downstairs game room kept the younger kids occupied while we cooked dinner.

The house was beautiful. The location and sites were wonderful. We would stay again. The cleanliness would be the thorn. We pulled out some plates from the cabinet for dinner and there were little pieces of food still on them. We took two plastic cups apart and water came out of one of them. I little more time on emptying the dishwasher and we wouldn’t have known. Also, getting the broken shuffleboard out of the patio would have been nice. As I stated earlier, we would stay again. Friends weekend getaway
The home was clean, fresh and well organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities that we required for preparing meals. Loved viewing the scenery while socializing on the deck and playing with the neighbors dog who came to visit daily. Two observations that may require attention: It appears there was a previous water leak in the lower level because one of the ceiling tiles has developed mold. Secondly, please consider a handrail for the front porch as a safety enhancement for 70+ senior citizens. To sum it up, our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit in the future.

11 forever friends spent a weekend on Lake Cumberland. House was perfect!! Check in was easy, house was perfect location, everything we needed! David was very helpful with Wi-Fi, pool was refreshing with lots of rafts and towels. We will definitely be back!

A place where families can be together. We couldn’t enjoy the outdoors much. The red wasps had taken over. Couldn’t get in hot tub or enjoy the deck due to wasps. We also uncounted mice. Purchased some traps!!

Our long weekend was perfect! We had everything we needed to make big meals for our 3 familys and there were accommodations for everyone. The lake view is amazing along with all of the outdoor space to keep everyone entertained. We will definitely return next year.

Family Birthday Lake Vacation
We had an absolute blast! Hands down one of the best family vacations we've been on! The View! The View of the lake brought so much peace to all of us - this hard working family was so blessed! The pool was incredible and the hot tub was visited morning and night (light vibes were amazing)! We brought our canoe and kayaks and were out on the lake fishing mornings and evenings. The house is beautiful and set up perfectly / 3 floors for 3 couples, privacy was perfect! We grilled outside and stayed in for meals, who wants to leave this paradise? Absolutely wonderful summer vacation! One for the memory books for sure!

Great little get a way!
The area is nice and cozy. Great little place. Went with family and it was big enough for everyone to have a place to hang out. The deck and view is perfect and the basement has a shuffle board and other recreations for the kids. And wife approved with a huge tub in the master overlooking the lake.

Outdated but big
Had a good week at the lake despite some rain. This home is big with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, but is very outdated. It is not equipped as a cook’s kitchen lacking necessary items for cooking meals. Has all the basics. Driveway is very steep and difficult to maneuver boat with trailer at top of driveway.
