I read many comments about this hotel and I was expecting worse but it was Ok for the price.

A 500m de l'autoroute 94 mais sans le bruit. Chambres disponibles à partir de 15h seulement Pas de cafetière ni micro-ondes dans la chambre. petit déjeuner continental un peu spartiate mais acceptable.Grand centre commercial type "magasins d'usines" à 8 km.

Low life Hotels dot com in the motel itself

I will never use hotels dot com again, Nor will I slay at any motel associated with you guys , I accidentally booked a motel for the Area And immediately tried to change it, Your customer service was Extremely unprofessional and Didn't care , I could not Change it or get my money back , I was just told well it is what it is And I ended up losing that money . I will warn anybody that uses your website What a bunch of scummy ass people you are And I will never be a customer to you again

after i complained about how they treated my daughter at check in, they treated her and the owner of the dog, dog terribly. she shouldn't be in customer service.

The rooms are dated and need repair. Overall does the job of a place to sleep.

When we booked the room we booked as two adults and two adults. We also requested one King Sized bed. When we arrived, the desk clerk said that with the two dogs we had we needed 2 queen beds, not one king bed so he changed our room. The room we were placed in the air conditioner was so lioud we could not sleep so we were not able to use it. There was alo an intermittent bling white light, perhaps from a smoke or fire alarm in the room. At first we thought it was lightning from outside, but it was from inside the room. The furniture looked like it came from a consignment store. We were charged $35.00 per dog per night for our two dogs. On the hotels web site it said $25.00 per dog per night. When I later brought this up when we checked out the clerk said that it was because of the size of our dogs. I pointed out that is not what their site says. For everything I said he only told me that he will tell his manager. Terrible stay for what we paid.
