The apartment is situated in the centre of the village of Monticiano, a village of Medieval origin which can be found in some details of the flat itself. The building is located 35km from Siena and about an hour from tourist centres such as Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima, Volterra and, if desired, from the sea (Follonica). In the municipality of Monticiano you can find the Petriolo thermal baths. Also to be appreciated in this town is the Museum of Biodiversity, which uses innovative technologies to enhance the uncontaminated and particularly beautiful nature of the area. Not to be forgotten are the abbey of San Galgano and the church of Montesiepi, which are world tourist destinations and situated at 5km from Monticiano.
