The Toscana village is great - so relaxing
Posted May 1, 2024 on HotelsThe Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.

Horrible !
Posted Dec. 27, 2019 on HotelsIt was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!.
I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3.

Good morning,
as already said yesterday at reception, we are sorry for the inconvenience, there was a problem with the gas bottle but we tried to solve it as soon as possible.
As a matter of fact our maintenance staff came immediately to change it trying to solve the problem.
We are sorry again for this incovenience .

Posted Aug. 17, 2014 on Hotelsstaff very helpfull, a really quiet place to relax with no luxury but a nice clean, green, natural place. be prepaired for mosquitos. forget free wifi, they gave us 20hrs and IF you manage to connect it was too slowwww. only 1 taxi in the area. absolutely you need a car due to very steep hills, even to go to the reception , pool and another back to your mobile home. too few sun beds by the pool. during our 7 nights there was no kids area/animators except one event on saturday, but every one can jump in the pool with no restrictions. bread must be ordered a day before and collect early in the morning or they will sell it. my family found bread rolls too hard to be eaten but i think the baguette is exceptable. only few minuites drive to train station with great links to pisa florence ecc. the convenienc shop at the location is not stocked properly but what you ask for you get the next day. very good inexpensive italian food at the restaurant. i highly recomand horse riding even for first timers, it was a realy wonderfull experiance. thanks valerio!

Etablissement au calme et le personnel est sympathique.
Mobil home vieillissant avec des réparations à prévoir ainsi que la vaisselle.

Villaggio un po' datato e con scarsa manutenzione , pulizia ok ristorante e colazione su prenotazione nel periodo che abbiamo soggiornato. Può andare per un fine settimana di escursione nei dintorni

Mi è piaciuta la piscina e il ristorante è ottimo, sia per il cibo che per i prezzi.
Non mi è piaciuto il resto della struttura.
Le casette piccole, sporche e mal tenute.

Siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato la nostra piscina ed il nostro ristorante mentre ci dispiace che non abbia apprezzato le nostre case mobili.
E' nostra abitudine dedicare molta cura alla pulizia delle case mobili pertanto ci dispiace sentire questa sua recensione.
Se ce lo avesse fatto presente durante il suo soggiorno, avremmo immediatamente provveduto a trovare una soluzione tempestiva.
