An older (?) BW showing a little wear and tear. Good to see they are under renovations/repairs. A convenient location with easy access and ample restaurants within short walking distance. Standard BW breakfast with French toast this morning, which hubby enjoyed.

Our expectations were low, as we just wanted a value-priced clean bed for the night, but the front desk man and the lady serving breakfast were so nice. I'm so sorry that I didn't write down their names. The room was spotless and the beds had very nice sheets and were very comfortable. Best Western does a great job with their members!

Stayed there for 5 days. Great location, not sure how close it is to public transport as I had car to drive around. Could make breakfast bit more yummy by adding variations but nevertheless wasnt bad. Nice place to stay with family. My kids absolutely loved shallow pool.

Poor management of an unfortunate situation
Did not spend the night there. The room smelled humidity and they even had a commercial blower installed in the room to try to get the smell out. I asked for another room, but none were available. I asked for a refund and they declined saying my booking was non refundable. I left as I wasn't going to sleep in the room that smelled.

Nice hotel very close to Vieux Montreal. Close also to Chinatown. Parking is $50 for Valet and $25 self park. Small pool but can see through bottom of pool to driveway below. Love the hot and very cold pool. Bed is always super comfy.
