Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the most popular and vibrant places to stay in Montreal with plenty of shops and cafés, & "mom and pop" stores.
Le Metro Mont-Royal is 5 min walk. Taking the subway is the easiest and cheapest way to get around Montreal to avoid traffic and parking tickets.
Taxis or Uber are easily found in Montreal.
Other notes:
- This apartment has 1 indoor camera (facing the front street door for break-in prevention only.) No live feed and no view inside.
- You will be asked to provide your email, phone number, and a copy of an ID on our secure platform once the booking is confirmed by VRBO.
- Anyone under the age of 21 not accompanied by a parent will need to provide the parent or legal guardian's consent in writing.
- No 3rd party reservation will be accepted. The person making the reservation must be present at check-in.
- Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted by the owners.
- Non-smoking policy: Cigarettes and cigars are tolerated only if smoked OUTSIDE. Marijuana is NOT permitted on the premises, not even on the balcony. When smoking outside, please do not through cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Parties are not permitted. If a noise complaint comes up, you will be notified and if the noise does not stop, you may be asked to leave.
IMPORTANT:
- With the rise of car theft in Montreal, anyone driving in should consider bringing a steering wheel lock bar or any other kind of device that could keep the car from driving. We have a steering wheel bar available that guests can borrow, as a courtesy. Additionally, anyone driving SUV's, especially Toyota Highlander, Honda CRV, any type of Lexus, Jeep (all kinds) or Toyota Rav4 Hybrid are encouraged to use indoor lots (the closest is located at 400 rue de Malines).
