We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint would be the smell in the classic rooms. We had two rooms and both smelled fusty. Apart from that this was a lovely hotel andwe had a comfortable stay.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We have stayed all over in 5star hotels, and this one blows them away. The staff, the ambiance, the rooms, the comfort of the beds…there isn’t one thing I can say that is negative about this hotel. I highly recommend 😊

The Rooms were very, old and Dingy. The bed was old and musty. Everything was full of Dust Mites!! Pillows were very bad smelling and Musty. Carpets were filthy!! The Breakfast area was NOT clean!! This Hotel is in Desperate need of a renovation!! The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this Hotel to anyone.

We have been staying at this property for several years and enjoy the spaciousness of the room, plenty of space to put away our clothes and belonging while staying several days. One of the best in North America free breakfast- like being in Europe. Great location in Laval area with the metro station just a short drive from the Hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. It is approximately 25 minutes to Montreal proper, but there is a bus that runs right outside the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with extremely comfortable beds. The public areas of the hotel are pleasant, with an outdoor seating area and small pool. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with options for everyone. There was even gluten-free bread. The area around the hotel is a bit of urban sprawl, but it is within walking distance of many options for shopping and dining, including Centropolis. I highly recommend this comfortable, wonderful hotel!
