Went to Montreal for a weekend and it was absolutely lovely. Not only was the hotel very clean and the staff were so welcoming, its location is so perfect. Everything was in such a walkable distance and anything that was a little further was an easy commute away as the metro station is right across the street.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. You can’t beat its location to Notre-Dame and Old Montreal restaurants and shopping. We love the pools and sauna. They gave us a high floor room with a nice view.

Wonderful location but needs updating. Unfortunately, the staff seemed indifferent and aloof. I think it’s a general theme with the hospitality in Quebec and not specific to the hotel.

No BREAKFAST
please add that option in expedia , in expedia said it had breakfast but when we reached there they said you don’t have breakfast in your plan.
But overall really clean and good place , we stayed there for 3 night

Lovely hotel but storing bags questionable
Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HotelsThe staff was wonderful and helpful. Our rooms were not ready upon arrival which was disappointing but they were very apologetic. They did offer to store our bags until the room was ready so we could explore the city. I was disappointed to see our bags still on the bell cart in the main lobby when were returned to get our key. We were able to grab the cart and walk away without anyone checking our claim ticket!
