Comfortable stay.
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for close to two months visiting family. We were very satisfied with our experience. The apartment was on the whole quite comfortable, the agency we dealt with was helpful and responsive to our needs, and the location, near bus lines and with an ample mall across the road with an excellent grocery, Adonis, made staying there very convenient. If it were my apartment or perhaps if we were staying even longer, I would have added better lights for reading, especially in the evenings, and a bureau with drawers to put my clothes away in. But in general we were quite comfortable.

Lack of Customer Support and Follow-ups
My stay was filled with issues starting from when I checked in (couldn't get into the my condo unit and had to get customer support to triage and get me a new code to get in), TV (Roku) wouldn't work and my air conditioning unit didn't work during my whole stay. The biggest issue is that there was a lack of customer support and follow-up from Vrbo. I would log the issues in the Vrbo website and would get a response that they would look into it and get back to me which they didn't. In the case of the air conditioning not working during my whole stay there because they were missing a component that they needed to replace and had to order it. Instead of informing me of this, they didn't say anything and left me wondering what was happening of when the air conditioning unit would be fixed. It got to a point where I had to contact the CEO of Vrbo with this issue. It was only then that someone from Vrbo contacted me to try and fix the issue. They offered to move me to another unit. When I left, the air conditioning unit was still not fixed.
